Ever since I was little I have always been interested in food. As an adventurous eater, I was curious about different flavors, textures, colors and the art of cooking. You might ask, what 8 year old would ever willingly want to try oysters, hard shell crabs and clams? That was me. It was a trait my grandfather gave me to explore and try new things, never judge food by the way it looked. It wasn’t until I grew up and was in college that I found another passion, social media. At that time, Facebook and Twitter were both starting out showcasing the future of what communication would become. I knew there was something more to this unique world of endless possibilities.
